Takeo works as Executive Director for Center for Global Education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since September 2015. Takeo has an extensive global network in Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, China, and Brazil, studied or worked in Wales, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Malaysia. He is fluent in English and Japanese with intermediate Croatian. He has visited 35+ countries for selecting a study abroad locations, recruiting international students, and signing student and faculty exchange agreements. He has worked as a TV reporter, has Master of Science in Global E-Learning and in the process of completing his Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University in Boson. He has two kids born in the USA and a wife born in Croatia. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, canoeing, and traveling.

Anna Savary

Anna Savary is the ESL Coordinator at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Born in Poland she has lived and worked in Italy, France and now the US. Her educational background is in linguistics and language teaching methodology. Anna has always been interested in learning foreign languages- she speaks Polish, French and English. Her professional experience includes teaching and managing language programs, interpreting and translations as well as customer service in multi-cultural context.
