Meg is responsible for coordinating education abroad recruitment, applications, scholarships, transfer credit, and exchange programs as well as all social media and marketing for education abroad She also works to approve faculty-led international travel programs. As the J-1 Academic advisor and ARO, she works with international student and scholar advising and social and culture advising along with assisting in exchange agreements. She assists her office with the international undergraduate process, including orientation programming and coordinating events with the IEP on campus. Current initiatives include pre-departure groups and returning student ambassadors for study abroad and an international peer mentor program and expanding New International Student Orientation.

Jacob Gross

Jacob is a native of Los Angeles and joined the ISEP team in September 2016. He is based in Chicago, where he is also a student at DePaul University, earning a doctorate of education with a focus in student affairs in higher education. Jacob received his bachelor's degree in Spanish from Northern Arizona University and went on to earn his master's in counseling psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jacob has been involved in travel and international education within the non-profit sector, including work with BBYO, UBELONG, Taglit-Birthright and JNF, to places such as France, England, Slovenia (a hidden gem), Belgium, Amsterdam, Italy, India, Israel and Mexico. In his free time, you can typically find Jacob sipping on cold brew at the local coffee bar, reading about ergonomics and fonts, or even seated in front of the TV catching the latest breaking news (which he then tweets about).
