Jasmine Darnell is a workforce development and higher education professional, an educator, and an organizational change agent. Over the past 15 years, Jasmine has dedicated her career to eliminating barriers that hinder student success. She has served as an organizational leader in the non-profit, local government, corporate business, and higher education industries. She is the co-founder and current board chair of a local non-profit, achieving 90% high school graduation and 80% college acceptance rates for underprivileged youth in San Diego, California. She is passionately investigating and presenting her research on academic, behavioral and social barriers to student success, online experiential learning, and entrepreneurial followership. Jasmine has a B.S. in Human Services, a MBA in Organizational Leadership, a M.A. in Teaching and Learning with Technology, specialized as an Online Educator, and is a current doctoral candidate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.
