29th Annual Crimes Against Children Conference

6W - Undercover Device Evidence: Accelerating Social Network Investigations (Exhibitor Workshop by Cellebrite)

Tuesday, August 8
10:15 AM - 11:30 AM
Location: City View 6

With social media being at the heart of many child exploitation cases, this interactive session will provide attendees the ability to learn the types of information that can be uncovered in social media investigations. The workshop will provide an in-depth look at best practices for collecting and managing evidence, sample warrants and legal considerations for both public and private accounts. This session will focus on how to rapidly analyze social data and mitigate the risks associated with slower-than-desired responses to legal process, whether this is due to demand on service providers or provider reluctance to comply with government requests for private information. Attendees will hear real-life scenarios of agencies who have successfully leveraged social data to accelerate investigations.

This is an exhibitor workshop sponsored by Cellebrite.

This session will qualify you to earn an entry into a drawing for an Apple watch. Drawing to be held Wednesday evening at 7:45 pm at the social event in the Lone Star ballroom. You must be present to win.
