Media Specialist, Wilmer-Hutchins High School, Dallas, TX. Ms. Tagoe has been a school librarian at all levels. Her credentials: Master of Library Science, Texas Woman's University, Denton, TX; Master of Bilingual Education, Southern Methodist University, Dallas, TX. B.A. French Minor: History University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. Certifications Include: TX School Librarian, Bilingual Education (Spanish) EC-4, & Special Education. In April 2016 Ms. Tagoe recieved the S. Janice Kee Continuing Education Award from the Texas Woman's University School of Library & Information Studies. She was also selected to particpate in the Texas Library Association's first ever Executive Leadership Immersion Institute which is set to take place in Austin, Texas in July of 2016. This summer she will participate in the Texas Library Association Tall Texan Leadership Institute.
