As libraries focus on performance measures, needs for usable data demonstrating outcomes in our strategic planning expand. Metropolitan Library System (OK), Richland Library (SC), and Sno-Isle Libraries (WA) are creating and navigating processes based on outcomes to inform decisions and measure organizational and community impact. Our specific roles in project management help service managers to implement and operationalize our strategic plans. Managers from libraries of all sizes and geographic distribution looking to introduce or expand project management practices will benefit from the lessons we’ve learned along the way. Please join the discussion and help our learning too!
