Speaker/interactive panel
Recorded Program
This interactive panel for new and aspiring coordinators, managers, and supervisors approaches leadership through the lens of pedagogy. Many skills that instruction librarians gain through teaching experiences are transferrable to management and other leadership roles, and we will explore this connection between teaching and leading in both theory and practice. Each participant will leave the workshop with a stronger self-awareness and identity as a library leader and an action plan for career growth.
