CMS utilizes various clinical measures to evaluate a center’s performance of providing quality of care. Your center’s performance is scrutinized by consumers, Managed Care organizations/ACOs, hospitals, liability insurance carriers, as well as members of the legal community and lenders. Understanding how your Quality Measures impact your financial status is key to how you conduct business and position yourself as a quality provider in the post-acute arena.
