This has been a year of great change in the nursing facility survey and enforcement area. Hear from two attorneys who have daily interactions with providers from a multitude of states on survey matters regarding the implementation of Phase 1 of the Requirements of Participation. The speakers will also discuss Phase 2 and Phase 3 requirements as well as potential legal pitfalls related to some of those requirements.
