Dr. Whitney Phipps completed her undergraduate training at Washington University in St. Louis following by veterinary school at the University of Missouri. Post-graduate training includes a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Internship at Angell Animal Medical Center, a Small Animal Surgery Internship at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, and a Small Animal Surgery Residency at Tufts University.
