Michelle graduated with a DVM from the University of Calgary, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in May 2015. She matched to a rotating internship at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, Ontario and then to a small animal surgical internship at the University of Florida. There, she continued to develop her interest and skills in surgery. Michelle matched to a combined Master of Science and Small Animal Surgical Residency at Texas A&M University where she is currently working on her Master’s course work and teaching.
