The laboratory will describe the rationale and the development of the CORA based leveling osteotomy (CBLO) as a technique used for management of CCL injury. Radiographic planning of the CBLO will be emphasized prior to in-depth lectures relative to exposure, osteotomy, desired rotation, and stabilization of the osteotomy. Postoperative care, outcome, and complications are addressed. The CBLO planning and technique will be performed on a stifle sawbone and canine cadaver stifle by each participant.
