Small Animal Surgeon
Southwest Veterinary Surgical Service

Rachel Seibert is a board certified small animal surgeon, working at Charleston Veterinary Referal Center, SC. She is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she completed both her undergraduate education and veterinary school. She completed her rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at North Carolina State University, followed by surgical residency training at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Seibert's areas of special interest include advanced wound care, airway surgery, oncologic and reconstructive surgery and postoperative physical therapy.

Cassie N. Lux, DVM, DACVS-SA

Assistant Professor of Surgery

Cassie Lux, DVM, DACVS-SA, Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine.
Completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at Purdue University.
Completed a rotating internship at Mississippi State University and a surgical residency at the University of California-Davis.
Dr. Lux became board-certified in small animal surgery in 2014 and performs soft tissue surgeries at the University of Tennesse. She has a special interest in interventional radiology and minimally invasive surgery, as well as surgical oncology.
