Sid Singh serves as President of OpenEdge, the integrated payments division of Global Payments Inc, one of the world’s leading payment processing companies and a Fortune 1000 company. Forbes.com recognized Global Payments as one of the “Platinum 400 – Best Big Companies”. Global Payments as a market cap of $6.5 Billion and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:GPN).
As President, Sid leads all aspects of the OpenEdge business which was recently created after the successful integration of Accelerated Payment Technologies Inc. and PayPros Inc, two fast growing technology oriented companies that provide innovative payments solutions to nearly 2,000 software partners, serve about 100,000 small and medium sized businesses across North America, and generate $24 billion in annual processing volume.
Prior to this, Sid served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for OpenEdge, responsible for the sales and marketing organization. Sid has previously served as Global Head of Product for Global Payments Inc, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide product development and management strategy. Sid led the development of the company’s digital commerce product strategy which included a number of strategic initiatives in mobile payments, e-commerce as well as introducing next generation core processing solutions.
Sid has been active in the payments industry for nearly 15 years and was part of the founding team of Global Payments’ joint venture with HSBC in Asia Pacific and transitioned from HSBC in 2005, where he previously led Business Development.
Sid is a frequent speaker at payment industry events and brings global insight. He also serves on the FinTech Steering Committee of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG). Sid also served as a board member for Comercia, GPN’s joint venture with Caixa Bank in Spain. He is also a founding member of a charitable organization, RKM trust, which provides education and vocational funding for the economically challenged.
He received a master’s degree in business administration with a dual specialization in Marketing and Information Systems. Sid also holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and two boys. He is a car enthusiast who loves the outdoors and is also an avid amateur photographer.

As CEO and Founder of Cayan™, Henry Helgeson is responsible for driving the future vision of the company, ensuring that Cayan remains at the forefront of payments innovation.
After attending Marist College, Henry worked as an independent contractor selling terminals and printers to small businesses. Intrigued by the payments industry and determined to find a lower cost solution for small businesses, Henry launched Merchant Warehouse (now Cayan) in 1998, the first company to provide easily accessible and affordable credit card processing services and equipment.
As customer needs evolved and new partnership opportunities arose, Henry expanded the company's focus. He led the launch of Genius®, an industry-leading payment technology platform that now powers payment acceptance at thousands of leading retailers and businesses throughout the U.S. and he continues to drive expansion of the Genius platform as well as new product offerings and value-adds.
Henry is involved in numerous industry associations and is an active member of the Electronic Transactions Association’s (ETA’s) Mobile Payments Committee. He has spoken at numerous events and conferences including ETA, Money2020, RSPA Retail Now, SXSW and PYMNTS.com. In 2012, he received the ETA Member of the Year Award, recognizing his contributions to the future success of the industry and he has been named to the Boston Business Journal’s (BBJ’s) “40 under 40” list.

Mark Schulze is a co-Founder of Clover. Clover is a leading payments processor and a subsidiary of First Data Corporation, the World’s largest payment processor and one of the largest credit card issuers.
Before Clover, Mark spent his career leading consumer Internet and software companies (AOL, Digital Cities, Intuit, AltaVista, Match.com and Quantacast).
Today Mark is responsible business development for the Integrated Services Group at First Data. He works to offer world-class integrated and semi-integrated solutions to ISVs, software vendors and app developers.

He joined Verifone in March and is based in San Jose. Abizar is a highly accomplished global technology leader with more than 20 years’ experience with Fortune 500 companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft Corporation, Dell and Sony Ericsson. Most recently, he led product management and design initiatives at Amazon. Abizar holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from Northwestern University.
