Started my career in the industry back in late 2010 as an ISA. In January 2011 I joined the USMS team as VP of Strategy and D/COO and for about 2 years, I was the Senior Project Manager in the Company. In December 2012 I took the role of VP of Sales, where I managed three major sales channels, plus the departments of Sales Support and Agent Acquisition. During this time, I surpassed the company's forecasted quotas every simgle month and increase the number of accounts from 100 to over 300 accounts per months. We had the best revenue in a decade and by doing so, contributed on generating the means for USMS to invest money in creating other subsidiary companies. In April 2014, I became the EVP and CPO for USMS and it subsidiary company, MerchantSystems.com. As part of this project I was instrumental on creating an audio visual training university and delivery platform and I lead the formation of a B2B Merchant Marketplace, inclduing vetting partners, getting the right products, negotiating terms and most importantly making sure, we added great VAS for our members. Additionally, I opened and run a Call Center project, which was instrumental to the EMV implementation for USMS. During this period of time, I rolled out many different payment products and processing relationships, managing all aspects of each project. Then in October 2016 the CEO, needed me as his right hand person again and promoted me to VP of Corporate Development to help him re-enforcing all systems within the company and tackling major projects and opportunities, including creating a new sales process and managing the Sales and Marketing team.
