ISV/Integrated Payments Workshop

Panel Discussion- Security and Integrated Payments

Wednesday, May 10
3:45 PM - 4:30 PM
Location: South Pacific D

Merchant breaches have not abated; reported breaches increased 40% in 2016. PCI compliance, EMV, P2PE, tokenization – all are vital components of a securely designed point-of-sale solution. Merchant implementations can become complex when considering the many card types and programs to be managed, the mix of new and legacy systems involved, and the number of certifications required. This expert panel will discuss the challenges ISVs and merchants face to implement fully secure payment acceptance solutions and how to consider and address the complexities. Topics will include QIR qualification, the roles of different players, and key questions merchants and ISVs must answer.
