Michelle Tinsley is the director of the Mobility and Secure Payment Solutions team in the Retail Solutions Division. In this capacity, she is responsible for Intel’s efforts in setting global strategy for mobility devices in Retail and defining secure payment product strategies to solve end retailer problems. During her 25-year span at Intel, Tinsley has progressed from controller proxy in Copenhagen, Denmark, to supporting the Internet of Things Group in various controller positions, and then General Manager of the Personal Solutions Division. Outside of Intel, Tinsley is an active member of the Arizona State University Dean’s Council of 100, a hand-selected group of professional thought-leaders who council the W. P. Carey School of Business in both undergraduate and post-graduate degrees. Michelle is also an active angel investor in the Arizona Technology Investment Forum and also serves on the WNet Board of Directors. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Sean Arietta is the CEO and co-founder of DotDashPay, a software platform connecting modern brick-and-mortar customer experiences to payments.
Sean has spent his professional career creating simple abstractions over large and complex computational systems. His PhD research in the Computer Science program at UC Berkeley focused on creating simple and adaptable distributed machine learning algorithms that could run on nearly any machine, from a basic microcontroller to the world's fastest supercomputer. Concurrently, Sean worked at Google applying his research to Google’s Image Search algorithms, for which he holds a patent along with his former colleagues.
As DotDashPay’s CEO, Sean leads the charge in product and business development while applying his professional background in creating simple interfaces to the complex world of payment systems.
