ATM Industry Association (ATMIA)

The ATM Industry Association is a global organization of about 3,500 members in 60 countries, representing ATM and payments professionals from a broad cross-section of the industry. This includes ATM operators and manufacturers, payment processors, service providers, networks, and a variety of technology companies. As Executive Director, USA, David is responsible for leading ATMIA’s largest Region. His business development career in the IT solutions industry has spanned more than 30 years, primarily in the areas of banking/financial software and payment technology licensing. Since 1991, he has been focused on payments, image capture, and image processing applications. Prior to joining ATMIA, David worked for a major ATM manufacturer in a business development management capacity. He led the roll-out of automated deposit solutions for the regional bank and credit union markets, and served as a subject matter expert for both customers and ATM industry events.
Business Development, Android Pay Partnerships
Mr. Ladhawala is currently part of Google's Android Pay Business Development team, where he works with payment technology and merchant platform partners globally to enhance the in-store mobile payments experience. Before Google, Mr. Ladhawala was a Vice President, Loyalty Solutions at MasterCard, focusing on the card linked offers space. Prior to that, he spent four years at Visa in the Offers & Loyalty group developing innovative products and programs for merchants and brands such as MGM Resorts and the NFL. Before Visa, he was the Director of Business Intelligence & Strategy, EMEA for Burger King. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ladhawala worked across different areas of the financial services industry, including investment banking and wealth management in the US and New Zealand. He holds a BA in Business-Economics from UCLA, an MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA Charterholder.

Wally Mlynarski leads Global Product and Innovation at Elavon, Inc. focused on delivering market leading payment and commerce solutions to global markets. Most recently Wally headed up the Mobile and Omni Commerce division at Elavon, Inc. providing mobile payment acceptance, mobile payment and supporting commerce solutions to the market for merchants and partners globally. He launched The Grove at Elavon, an innovation center focused on harvesting innovation in and around payments to help merchants grow their business. Prior to Elavon, Wally worked for CorFire, the mobile commerce business unit of SK C&C USA, a global pioneer of mobile commerce solutions, providing mobile commerce enabling solutions for various companies throughout the ecosystem including major OEMs, top Acquirers, prepaid providers, major domestic and global MNOs, large Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) and other major merchant brands. Throughout his career, Wally has worked with numerous providers to establish relationships for partnership or collaboration including POS and Merchant Solution Providers, Payment Processors, MNOs, Consortiums and other Mobile Commerce Technology Enablers in North America and Europe. Wally also has extensive experience working in the mobile and telecom space at Nokia prior to his role at CorFire. Wally received a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Computer Engineering.

As the Senior VP of Product, Peter is responsible for developing innovative products that drive consumer engagement and help loyalty partners achieve their program objectives. He leads a team of scrum masters and product managers that bring to life our Points Loyalty Wallet, Loyalty Commerce Platform and a variety of multi-tenant SaaS solutions. Prior to Points, Peter worked in a variety of product management and business leadership roles at Microsoft, including working on the Windows, Business Intelligence, Windows Server and Azure product lines. He also held product management roles at ATI Tech (acquired by AMD) and worked as a consultant at Mercer. Peter holds degrees from Queen’s University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and lives with his wife Paula in Toronto.
