Julie Conroy is a research director at Aite Group, and covers fraud and anti-money laundering issues. She has more than a decade of hands-on product management experience working with financial institutions, payments processors, and risk management companies, including a number of years leading the product team at Early Warning Services. Julie is often quoted in numerous media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, U.S News and World Report, American Banker, and the New York Times. Julie holds an M.A. from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in Business from the Michigan State University Honors College.

Esther Pigg is Senior Vice President leading the Product Strategy team for FIS Global Retail Payments that spans debit, prepaid, credit card, merchant, network and loyalty programs. Prior to her current role, Esther served as platform expert for clearXchange (now Zelle), and led product management and strategy teams at FIS, Fiserv and Bank of America. She began her career with Chase Private and Commercial Banking.
Esther currently serves on the FinTech Steering Committee of the Technology Association of Georgia and the FinTech Atlanta Task Force Board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and completed the Advanced Topics in Cash Management at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. She is a Certified Cash Manager and Pragmatic Marketing certified.

Rich Huffman is Sr. Director of Identity & Fraud Solutions for Equifax Inc. He has over 15 years of experience working in the identity proofing and biometric identity space and bringing solutions to market that both enhance the customer experience and reduce fraud risk. Prior to joining Equifax, Rich created and managed products in the financial services industry at Harbinger, S1 and ADP. Rich has a B.S. degree in business and economics from Clemson University.
