Why can't you make a positive personal change stick? Why does your team struggle to get on the same page? Wish you could apply these business models to personal relationships? Change often involves a new habit, and anyone who has given up a New Year's Resolution knows how difficult that is. Applying "The Four Tendencies" model by Gretchen Rubin allows you to understand how to frame a new habit in a context that enables you to have a real shot at success. You'll hear how, and even more exciting, see how this insight can be applied to your personal relationships as well.

Teresa Peitsmeyer

Sr. NAV Solution Architect & Project Manager
Western Computer

I am a solution architect, project manager, and functional specialist for MS Dynamics NAV implementations. For over 20 years I have worked with NAV in multiple roles across a wide variety of industries and project sizes, giving me the experience and vernacular to accurately convey critical information to customers in many different sectors. I focus on customer requirements while advising best practices during project plan creation and role analysis.

I enjoy working with others, organizing ideas in a logical sequence, identifying problems, and providing proactive solutions to achieve a common goal.

The projects I have worked on include new installations, upgrades, and post go-live initiatives. My NAV applications expertise includes Core Setup & Finance, Advanced Finance, Trade, Costing, Reporting, and Relationship Management. Exposure to a diverse customer base has given me valuable experience in complex areas of business operations including advanced rebate and commission structures, credit card processing, international tax processing, and royalty reporting.
