How Can I Capture and Share Tribal Knowledge?

Friday, October 13
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Room: Magnolia Boardroom B

Format: Presentation

Tribal knowledge is wisdom known within an organization or between a small group of people that isn’t widely known elsewhere.  It may be that knowledge that can help take customer service to the next level. In this session we will explore why this knowledge is so important, how to encourage the sharing of this information, methods you can use to gather that wisdom, and finally how to share that wealth your "customers".
