This is especially prevalent in any Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation, upgrade or custom work - it not only effects the preparedness of the IT department, but also the processes of the Financial Department. Bringing these teams together will ensure any Dynamics Project is smoother, more efficient and less stressful on all involved. This session will focus on improving the relationship between Finance and IT by creating a team-centric atmosphere with both departments, understanding of roles and responsibilities of each department, finding solutions to settle conflicting viewpoints, and understanding how teams should communicate with their Dynamics NAV Partner.

Ginny Ferguson is a client service enthusiast and customer experience expert. The last thriteen years of her career have been focused on Microsoft Dynamics spanning marketing, sales and account management as an individual contributor and leader. Currently, Ginny is responsilbe for leading the National SMB ERP Client Account Management team at Sikich. She spends her professional time meeting with clients and designing client retention activities including user groups, support plans, newsletters, webinars, client appreciation events and customer satisfaction surveys. Her personal time is spent raising four children and enjoying outdoor time with family.
