Heidi Neuhauser is a highly qualified Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist at Beringer Technology Group with over ten years experience in CRM. She has a wide variety of industry and product knowledge working with organizations of all sizes (from small non-profit organizations to Fortune 100 companies) to implement CRM and train end users. Heidi holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Management and Communciation.

Having spent 7 years as a CRM System Administator on the business end, Heidi brings a unique perspective to the team. In addition to developing comprehensive training plans, she is very accomplished in project management, change management and documenting business requirements.
Heidi has a notable passion for Microsoft Dynamics and it shows in every project she works on. She volunteers regularly in the CRM User Group (CRMUG) community. She serves as Co-Chair for the CRMUG Philadelphia Chapter, speaks at CRM industry events about best practices and provides webinar trainings for others in the CRM community.

Heidi’s CRM passion lies in the realm of user adoption and presenting training materials to end users, power users and system administrators. She develops customized training plans using slide decks, demos, interactive labs, webinars, lunch and learn sessions, reference manuals and quick reference guides.

Heidi has experience with CRM across multiple industries, including education, oil and gas, travel, insurance, construction, not-for-profit and transportation. Some of the integrations Heidi has managed and trained end users around include Hubspot, Exact Target, call center integrations and ClickDimensions. Additionally, she has assisted multiple organizations to roll out Sales, Marketing and Service for the first time, helping them to leverage technology to gain user adoption of the system.
