It's time to accelerate your PM skills. In this fast-paced session we're going to cover many of the critical skills and tools every project manager should have in their tool-belt. You'll hear the latest approaches and methods to effective orchestration of your projects and teams, such as agile and SCRUM. Then we'll overview the innovative tools now available to help you with common PM tasks, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, and Smartsheet, to see what they do and how they may benefit you. And of course we'll touch on how to work better with your partner and discuss key challenges and proven solutions around approaches, roles, expectations, and communication.

Ms. Dallefeld is the VP of Professional Services at Syte Consulting Group where she plays a key role managing complex projects and developing high performing teams. With over 30 years designing and implementing ERP solutions, she is uniquely qualified to help clients flawlessly execute these transformational initiatives. She is passionate about client service and committed to communication, collaboration and transparency as she guides them through strategic change initiatives.

In her down time, Kim enjoys reading, spending time with family (especially her puppies!), playing bunko and doing restoration work on her historical home.

Seaver G. Woolfolk

Operations Manager

Seaver Woolfolk is the Operation Manager for Stamptech, located just south of Richomnd, VA. Stamptech is a sheet metal fabrication manufacturing facility with multiple locations in the middle and easten region of the US. Seaver is responsible for continuous improvement and operational excellence activities and projects. The scope of his work includes direct management of the engineering and programming departments along with establishing KPI's for the company's performance metrics. Seaver also has the responsibility of a custom product line that is driven by a high demand and quality intense customer. Seaver graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology along with a minor in general business. He has held several senior level positions such as Safety Director, Maintenance Manager, Continious Improvement Coordinator and Engineering Specialist. The core of his work has revolved around the connection of people, process and information. His background in industrial psychology has helped him become a liaison for floor operations and business necessary activities. Seaver has been the project manager and on the implementation team for several ERP systems.
