Your fulfillment strategy can mean the difference between keeping current customers happy and gaining new ones, or losing customers and net-new customer additions. A solid EDI strategy can make a fundamental difference in your customer relationships, but how can EDI help with a fulfillment strategy? In this session we'll discuss best practices when communicating with Outside Warehouse Partners (3PL's), customers and vendors, and cover critical touchpoints to your internal Warehouse Management System or outside 3PLs must have, and the challenges faced. Additionally, we'll discuss how the correct fulfillment and EDI strategy can help lower your costs and make you more attractive to current and prospective customers.
