I served in the United Stated Navy from 1971 to 1981 serving in Asia including Cambodia and Vietnam for rescue operations.
Upon my return, I was assigned to run a 220 military prison in Philadelphia, which drove me nuts.
After the service, I receive a BS in Business / MIS and started programming for Worldlink Logistics taking me back to Asia to solve software problems with a new company that Worldlink had purchased. Due to so many errors, had to rewrite the logistics software.

I then wrote my own ERP software from scratch with early EDI implementation for my own company called Zenith Center Limited located in Hong Kong. I sold this software in 38 countries using two global networks at the time: AT&T and GE, no Internet. I sold the company and returned to the United States working for the company that purchased mine.
In 2001, I started working as a MIS Director for Atlantic City Coin and Slot Service Co, a slot machine manufacturer, who hired me to salvage a failed implementation of Navision version 2.
We were able to solve the issues and turn the morale around at the same time. We wrote a custom Service Module that brought our down time from 32% to 1% saving the company 20 million dollars in lost revenues, improved inventory & labor controls. .
We wrote the first mobile app using NAV 2004 and Citrix to allow our sales team to configure slot machines in front of the customer and eliminating a dozen FTEs. Promoted to VP IT.
In 2014 started at Gogo, LLC as a Function Analyst working on Intercompany and warehouse activities and now working on a reimplementation of NAV going to 2016.
In July 2015, I met with representatives of NAVUG to start a chapter in Chicago. Several months later we had the highest number of attendees at our 2nd meeting and we were selected to be in the Jan. issue of NAVUG and I was selected as a leader of the month for April.
