It's said that the only person who likes change is a wet baby. Organizational change is always going to be difficult, because it involves the most complex element: humans. Before we can ever expect our team to get onboard with a new initiative, two factors must be open to change - the organizational environment and the people. We'll review common inhibitors to change for both of these factors, then dive into the underlying factors, such as a company's culture, performance measurement, and individuals' biases and work histories.

Andrea has been at Stonewall Kitchen for over 19 years. As the Information Technology Director, she has led the implementations, integrations, and upgrades for NAV, CRM, WMS, website, and various other systems. Andrea was part of the original team that implemented NAV in 1999 (and still affectionately refers to it as Navision). She has worked closely with their in-house developer, partner, and business areas to continually enhance or extend NAV’s functions tailoring it to Stonewall Kitchen’s unique processes as well as to find process efficiencies. Stonewall Kitchen is poised for continued growth and Andrea is excited for all that is ahead. Andrea is a member of the NAVUG Board of Advisors.
