You don't have to visit Roswell to find them - ask any experienced project manager what are the two areas you can never spend enough time on for any project, upgrades included, and one of those areas is always testing. Certainly, User Acceptance Testing helps ensure the system will work for your business, but here's the bonus - it can be part of your change management strategy and helps your users learn the system when you're not concerned with getting product out the door. We'll walk through what UAT is and how to approach it, then take a deep dive into the specifics of source codes, posting groups, testing scripts, audit views and best practices for any project size.
