Just like their magic on the pitch, you'll be amazed at what one of the English Premiere League's biggest clubs, Arsenal Football Club, has done with Dynamics NAV to support merchandise sales at their retail locations and online shop. Using core Dynamics NAV, they now have a comprehensive merchandising and fulfillment process which handles incredibly complex inventory. You will NOT want to miss this unique opportunity to hear their story of transformation, and see how Dynamics NAV drives their retail success.

Learning Objectives:

Matthew Iles-Hunt

Senior Business Applications Administrator
Arsenal Football Club

I spent 18 years at Paperchase in the United Kingdom, working in a variety of positions from shop floor management to POS replacement in Head Office, I also spent 2 years of this time working in the USA, based out of Nashville TN, for Borders Books and Music as we expanded Paperchase into the US along the east coast from Michigan down to Maryland. After leaving Paperchase I joined RedPrairie (as they were at the time). I worked on their back office/replenishment software and was part of a proof of concept team for Marston Pubs and part of the project team for Mitchells and Butler (1700 sites in the UK which included brands such as Harvester, All Bar One, Ember Inns etc) and Shell Petrol as the software was rolled out across Europe and South Africa.
I then moved to Sanderson Retail Business Solutions (which was then taken over by Torex, and then Micros and finally Oracle), as a Retail Java Product Specialist. Here I worked on a day to day basis with a host of UK retail names such as Selfridges, Wilkinson, B&M, Hamleys, Wyevale Garden Centres, French Connection, Links of London and Hotel Chocolate. I was part of the project team that implemented Retail Java POS (and NAV) into Arsenal Football Club and just over three years ago I got my 'dream transfer' and I moved across to Arsenal FC where I now oversee the POS estate across 12 stores, NAV (our ERP system used in Head Office and our warehouse and very soon - our Youth Academy), GP and our purchase order and invoicing system, V1.
