Considering changing your costing method? It can be done, but you better know what you're getting into and the repercussions. NAVUG Member Tillamook County Creamery Association changed some of their products from FIFO to Standard Costing, and you get to hear the story about why, how, and their lessons learned. They'll touch on the considerations related to correcting costs and rollups, unit cost calculations, and how SKUs impact costing at the location level. This session will complement the Inventory Costing session offered in the manufacturing track, which focuses on following inventory costing through the manufacturing process.
