In this session we will discuss the tasks necessary to complete internally before you implement workflows for Requisitions or AP invoicing. We will outline the questions that need to be answered and the policies that should be defined before implementation of workflow. We will discuss decisions that impact long term maintenance and management of workflows post implementation. We will review the potential risks, pitfalls and bottlenecks caused be misaligned approval policies.

Kitty Geiger has over 15 years of experience working in the technology field, implementing ERP solutions across multiple platforms. Kitty has experience with ERP implementations as both the implementation consultant and as the internal IT resource. The blended perspective and immersive industry experience allow Kitty to intuitively relate to end users. She has worked with business partners of all levels in determining their goals and requirements then translating those into process improvement and system solution roadmaps.

Kitty has the capability to provide system selections, software implementations, business intelligence implementations, systems integration, end user training, and project management services to clients throughout RSM. Kitty is passionate about implementing efficient customer solutions, optimizing processes, eliminating operational, and reporting pain points.

Kitty is a Big Ten college football fan, a fan of her Alma matter’s team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers. She also enjoys windsurfing, snorkeling, and other water activities.
