Begin your Thursday morning at GPUG Summit here in Nashville with our Community Session, hosted by YOUR GPUG General Manager Bob McAdam, featuring a special appearance by KidBilly Music! Afterwards, you'll learn more about what GPUG has to offer its members and we'll reward our most prolific contributors from the past year. Additionally, we'll reveal the site of GPUG Summit 2018, so be sure to join us for a fun-filled and lively kick off of Day Two at GPUG Summit Nashville!




Bob McAdam

GPUG General Manager
Dynamic Communities

Bob is GPUG's General Manager within Dynamic Communities, a fast-growing business management organization that develops and supports Microsoft Dynamics user groups like GPUG. Previously, he spent several years in the Dynamics GP partner channel where he sold, designed, and deployed Dynamics GP solutions in a variety of industries. In addition to GPUG programming, Bob fulfills regular training opportunities in both live & virtual classroom settings for the GPUG Academy and is a member of the Dynamics GP Credentialling Committee at DynamicsPro.org. Bob is also a regular contributor to the GPUG Summit Planning Committee, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, a periodic blogger on GPUG Collaborate, and co-host of Enterprise Software Podcast. He serves on the Board of the IAMCP Tampa Chapter as well.

Bob began his Dynamics GP career in 1998. Born and raised in western New York, Bob earned his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University in 1987 and his MBA from Clarkson University in 1992, but permanently relocated to the Tampa Bay area with his family shortly thereafter, where he has been ever since.

Blair Christensen

I grew up around computers (my dad worked for HP) and have spent over twenty years professionally doing everything from desktop and printer support to custom application support to web applications development and database administration. I was an Oracle database admin for 13 years before moving to SQL Server where I have spent the past five years. I was introduced to the Dynamics GP User Groups and have been a member there for about two years, becoming a Chapter Leader this year along with Amy Brown and Kerry Draper. This is my second Summit conference and I am already looking forward to next year.

Ginny Lebeck

Ginny has extensive experience in the areas of Membership, Marketing and Communications and has spent the last 25 years working in small-sized Associations such as Water Environment Federation and National Home Infusion Association as well as larger, global organizations such as USA Today and National Geographic. Her main focus and what she likes most about her roles is the value of connectinng members with their resources and building communities to foster learning, educatioon and networking.

She was born in Rochester, NY - but was raised in Winston-Salem, NC and has lived in Virginia for the last 20 years, rigjht outside of Washington, DC. She joined Dynamic Communities in January of this year as the GPUG Member Engagement and is excited to be here at her first GPUG Summit.

Michelle Lowry

Michelle is the Director of Community for Dynamic Communities. Her focus is on providing a virtual environment for User Group members to virtually meet, share ideas, collectively resolve challenges, and most effectively use their Dynamics solution.

Rick Zich

President
Coopers DIY

Rick Zich is the president of Coopers DIY, maker of home brewing kits. We have been the leader in small batch brewing since 1993 and the success brought about being purchased by the Coopers Brewery who is the largest Australian owned brewery. They are also the worldwide leader in home brew kits.
He oversees all aspects of the business including the GP installation. He has held positions of controller and VP Operations inside the organization so I know most of how things need to work. Coopers integrates with 3 different websites and a retail store through the use of SmartConnect and utilize refreshable reports extensively in house.
Rick lives in sunny Tucson, Arizona with his wife of 20 years and their youngest daughter at home and older son in Phoenix who makes music a passion. He and his wife also own a jewelry store as that is his wife's passion. He volunteers regularly at church and participates in associated groups.
