Steve founded DocuPhase in February, 2000. As the founder of DocuPhase, Steve is responsible for the success of the Company. He continues to drive strategy, product vision & development for solutions to automate the workplace. Over the last 16 years, DocuPhase has grown into a recognized leader for Document Management and Business Process Automation Solutions. To date, DocuPhase has established a world-wide presence with over 450 clients.
With a career that started at IBM Robotics in 1984, Mr. Allen has always focused on automating the business process or simplifying the user experience with technology. As an engineer, Steve’s early career focused on product development and user interface development, designing electronic devices for consumers, healthcare, marine and avionics products. He has spent the past 16 years focused on office automation and robotic process automation developing DocuPhase's platform for character recognition, forms processing, document management, workflow and RPA. His guidance has produced an award winning automation platform for DocuPhase in the Content Management and Business Process Automation space as well as being recognized as one of Tampa Bay’s “Best Place to Work” for six years.
Accolades include: Tampa Bay’s Best Places to Work, KM World Trend Setting Product of the Year, Florida Technology Small Business of the Year and many others.
Steve attended University of Florida while pursuing dual degrees; BS in Electronic Engineering and BS in Computer Science Engineering. He has an extensive background in microprocessor design and interfacing, software systems development, real time applications, automation, robotics and computer graphics.

Jeremy began his career working in accounting and finance spending time in loan departments as an analyst and accountant. From there he moved into consulting, public accounting and tax and became an accountant for entrepreneurs in small and medium-sized businesses. This is a great balance between his entrepreneurial pursuits, passions and talents with his finance, accounting and analytical skills.
He works doing accounting and finance activities that matter. Not just producing financial statements, but discovering key indicators and metrics that allow him to drive the business, advising in areas of uncertainty and proactively seeking the best strategies to execute vision. He is an integral part of the executive leadership team.
He views sales as not only an external function, but a necessary internal function that takes place all the time: every time financials are delivered, forging strategic plans and even adopting new technology and processes. Jeremy believes great businesses make lives better. He is very passionate about business, and brings a professional, yet light and approachable demeanor to the workplace.
