The product configurator is one of the most powerful yet underutilized pieces of Microsoft Dynamics AX functionality. It is infrequently implemented due to its perceived complexity. In this session we will break down the build blocks into easy to understand pieces before assembling them into a capable configuration utility.

Principal Program Manager - R&D Dynamics AX SCM-Manufacturing

Conrad works as Program Manager in the R&D of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics AX), and is responsible for Manufacturing industries functionality and strategy.

Conrad has joined Microsoft in 2007, delivering AX 2009, Lean Manufacturing for AX 2009, AX 2012 and recently Dynamics AX. He works in the ERP and SCM software industry since 1987, with special focus on Manufacturing industries including Automotive, IEM, Aparel and Fashion.

Conrad has been delivering presentations to many conferences (f.ex. Convergence, Microsoft Dynamics AX Tech Conference, Airlift, HMI, Odette, AKJ, IMB-Forum, Renault&PSA Supplier Conference, Techtextile) and user summits on ERP, Supply Chain, eBusiness, Workflow, RFID and Enterprise Application integration.
