International Engagement and Program Manager
Pipol

I'm active in the IT sector for more then 25 year, since 2009 Project Managing International ERP & CRM Projects.
ERP projects have allways caused a disruption in the organisation, so managing this transition from the people point of view has allways been my main focus.
By adding an international component to these implementations, where working with multiple, multi-cultural and virtual teams is key, Business Transformation Management becomes even more important. As Engagement Manager it's my main task to manage this in the international implementation projects.
