Prior to joining InterDyn BMI, Ryan has had experience working in various roles in marketing, sales, and customer service. Ryan joined the team as a Dynamics CRM consultant in 2012, which he worked as a functional and technical consultant. During this time he specialized in leading projects, performing customer install and upgrades of various versions of Dynamics CRM, setting up internet facing deployments, and providing technical support. Ryan has been working as the Dynamics 365 Product Manager for the past year.
