Rollup fields have been around since CRM 2015. They're typically used to calculate sales goals and revenues against those goals. But they can be used for so much more.
In this session, you will learn step-by-step how to create a rollup field. Then we'll take a look at how our organization is using this tool to inform our sales team members about information pertinent to their accounts and to streamline work processes. Rollup fields - they aren't just for revenue goals anymore!
