When mass updating records in CRM through uploading file, you get an error of duplicate records, when there are actually no duplicates.

Phyllis Eriksen

Phyllis Eriksen, CIDA, CISA, is Manager of Projects and Product Services with Audimation Services, Inc., a consulting firm and distributor of CaseWare software products. She works closely with clients throughout the U.S. to implement continuous reporting solutions and solve complex challenges. She manages both client-facing and internal software projects to help meet strategic business objectives; manages Audimation’s national help desk; and works as the company’s Dynamics CRM architect. She has more than 20 years of experience in industry, consulting and public accounting.

Prior to joining Audimation Services, Phyllis worked in the Information Technology department of Waste Management, and as a supervisor with a local accounting firm. She is an active member of CRMUG/Dynamics 365 where she serves as a co-leader for the CRM Admin SIG and participates in teh CRMUG/Dynamics 365 Programming Committee. She is also a member of the Information Systems Audit & Control (ISACA) Houston Chapter. She received her CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) in 2007 and her CIDA (Certified IDEA Data Analyst) in 2015.

Known for her energetic creativity, Phyllis is also a published author and photographer; and has put her cast iron stomach to the test as a judge for several wild game cook-offs…although she admits she stopped just short of trying the raccoon dish.
