Eric is a Dynamics CRM/365 user, advocate, champion, architect and implementation expert since version 4.0. He has worked on dozens of CRM installs with a focus on developing the right business process to functionality mapping so that end users have a smooth transition and familiarity with the product. He has worked on implementations for companies in the manufacturing, finance, telephony, sales, service, retail, insurance, safety, and many other sectors. He currently acts as the Practice Director for JourneyTEAM in their Salt Lake City office and runs their PMO delivery organization. He started the Utah - Salt Lake City CRMUG Chapter in 2011 and has stayed active with that community since then. He is a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance since 2012 and enjoys leveraging D365 Project Service to run an agile process.
