As a small professional services business with a pseudo-CRM admin, we've come a long way. We'll share our story of sales & marketing working side-by-side to configure a CRM suited for marketing automation and a comprehensive sales pipeline. We established a formalized process, applying OOB features, configurations, free solutions, and ClickDimensions. Our success stems from our methodology and standardizations, which we'll share with you. But it's not all rainbows and sunshine. Things went wrong, and things are still planned. I have kept myself busy in small to medium B2B and nonprofit marketing for over 13 years. Typically I’ve enjoyed being the jack-of-all-trades in teeny marketing departments, sometimes accounting for just myself. That means I have dabbled in content marketing, advertising, PR, internal communication, development, to name a few. At Smartbridge in particular, I manage our Dynamics CRM account, as administrator and director of marketing-to-sales processes. I have previous experience administering salesforce.com, and find the ability to control and influence the shape of CRM vastly improves my overall ability to enjoy life!
