She offers boot camps, “What’s New” webinars with every new release of the technology, “In Focus” videos, and is constantly updating all training materials and content. Currently, Avni facilitates a Dynamics 365 Boot Camp course, a Citizen Developer course, a Business Intelligence course and private customer trainings. These classes include information about Power BI, low or no-code business solutions with Microsoft Flow, PowerApps, and the common data service, advanced Dynamics 365 configuration, SSRS reports, Dynamics 365 and Office 365 out of the box integrations, and much more. The private trainings are built to show the possibilities of Microsoft CRM and Dynamics 365, with a focus on specific customers’ needs. An agenda is configured based on this exploration and discussion with the customer.
Perhaps Avni’s best asset is her bilingual ability—to speak technology and translate it into clear English for anyone who has varying technological familiarity. She has a knack for modifying the technology and the training to create the best possible user experience. She genuinely cares about her trainees and loves to see the lightbulb go off, that “ah-ha” moment.
