Preparation: Please bring your own internet capable laptop to class. Students will need to be able to access their own trial instance of Dynamics 365 Online during class.
If you do something more than once, it should be automated, and Dynamics 365 is no exception. Take a walk through the myriads of automation options available to the administrators and end-user alike: workflows, process flows, business rules, custom actions, Microsoft Flows, PowerApps, and even shell. Decide which ones suit your tasks and skills best, and learn how to create an army of helpful minions.
Remember: you are the most productive when your creations do the work for you.
