Daniel Dallala is a product leader who drives innovation in customer engagement to make his customer and his customers 'customers successful. During his tenure at Microsoft within the Dynamics 365 Product line, Daniel has delivered key features and capabilities for Social Engagement, Sales Force Automation and Business Process Optimization.
Daniel holds an B.Sc. In Computer Science from McGill University and an MBA in Technology leadership from Carnegie-Mellon University.

Carlos Mendonca

Senior Program Manager

Carlos Mendonca is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, a position he has held since 2014. He is developing the Process capabilities of Dynamics 365, which include Business Process Flows, Task Flows and Business Rules. He is also driving the integration scenarios with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Previously, Carlos worked with the Dynamics CRM Mobility team, having created the control infrastructure on the mobile app, the Mobile SDK and other customization tools. Prior to Microsoft, Carlos worked for 6 years in the Cloud Computing and Shared Hosting industry.
