Tabetha Sheaver is CEO of Cloud Nine Solutions LLC, A PA Group Company. With her dedication for customer satisfaction through excellent delivery, she focuses on leading the team and developing intellectual property in order to accelerate solution delivery and help clients mitigate the common risks associated with software implementations.

Tabetha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Art Technology Management from Central Missouri State University (University of Missouri Central). She currently serves as a member of the American Marketing Associations CMO Roundtable committee, is a International Coach Federation member, and Prosci practitioner. She is also a certified PMP and active participant in PMI.

Prior to joining the company, Tabetha has held roles in practice management, business development, account management, workflow improvement, B2B and B2C marketing. Her past experience has established a broad foundation of understanding of business needs. Her ability to understand the big picture but also delve into the details helps her excel at managing teams and projects.

At Cloud Nine, Tabetha oversees a holistic delivery approach and brand strategy. She is passionate about cultivating opportunities and growing demand for PA Group’s services alongside the team. Tabetha sits on the leadership team and assists in setting the company strategy, goals and annual targets. In addition to her management role, Tabetha brings value to our clients by providing organizational change management expertise, project and program management consulting and business process strategy assistance.

As an I.T. Manager, technician, and consultant for over 23 years, I have worked with (and for) numerous small companies in sectors such as retail, healthcare, utilities, and manufacturing . Proficiencies include various Microsoft Server technologies including SQL, Dynamics CRM, Office 365 cloud services, SharePoint, IIS, Exchange, Lync, Active Directory, and more.

Other areas of experience include networking, VMWare, HyperV, Windows Small Business Servers, Linux servers and Desktops, Mitel VoIP systems, Avaya IPOffice and more. Also excel in using (and teaching use of) Windows and Macintosh desktop operating systems, and various office software including Microsoft Office, Open Office, ERP and CRM platforms, and Google Apps for Business.

Over the last two years, I have led the campaign to recover a near failed Dynamics CRM implementation for my employer. The value that I hope to bring to CRMUG Summit as a panelist is aiding others with my experiences specializing in working with small to medium businesses where resources may be limited.

Mary Anne Kristan is a Microsoft Partner and Dynamics CRM professional under contract at Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Mary Anne is a marketing, operations and IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, financial services, engineering, manufacturing and call center settings. She is a respected leader and consistently achieves high employee and customer satisfaction rankings, improvements to the bottom line and turnaround of underperforming operations.

As a specialist in Dynamics CRM, she designs, implements and deploys CRM solutions of all sizes, and is the primary interface between business owners and programmers for architecture, requirements, training and support services. Currently at TVA she is supporting Dynamics CRM on-premise versions in 2011, 2013, 2016 while working to bring the enterprise to the Cloud with Dynamics 365. Previously as a Commercial Business Process Analyst for Cytec Industries, Mary Anne developed, managed and supported Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 solution globally to all end-users in North America, Europe and Asia. She trained teams on the application platform as well as business processes, where she designed and documented new processes, as well as created on-line training curriculum.

Mary Anne is a respected builder and leader of customer-focused teams. She instills a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of company goal attainment. Mary Anne leads by example and ensures the execution of all processes and policies. She currently is owner of Six Inch Fish, LLC, specializing in Dynamics CRM/365 for small and medium enterprises.

Sheila Shahpari is a freelance consultant, a Microsoft MVP, and recent Denver transplant. Her recent experience includes managing strategic initiatives to support various capabilities within the Professional Services industry, and she has specializations in Enterprise Architecture, Delivery Management, Capability Development, CRM, Enterprise Search, AI, and Software Development. In her spare time, she is active in numerous technical communities, and is involved with various nonprofits. In addition, she is an active runner and musician (though not at the same time), and is currently attempting the title of whiskey connoisseur.

Nathan is a Business Applications Specialist for Trouw Nutrition USA with a focus in CRM. Nathan started a little over a month ago and will be in charge of the local CRM in the USA. Nathan will be in charge of trainings, data management, managing and creating views, managing and creating dashboards, user adoption, and assisting the global team with customizations. Nathan previously worked for General Cable Corporation and managed the CRM for Latin America as well as the USA. Nathan has been involved with CRM for almost 5 years now, and has been an administrator for 3 years. Nathan received his Bachelors and Masters from Xavier Univeristy and was also a pitcher on the baseball team, In his spare time, Nathan stays very active by running, playing flag football, softball, and golf. Nathan also enjoys coaching high school basketball and giving back his time to young striving athletes and students.
