Dan Madden, CRM Specialist, Investment Manager Services, SEI
Dan Madden currently serves as a CRM Specialist for SEI’s Investment Manager Services Market Unit. In this position, Dan is responsible for leading strategic planning, implementations, integrations, enhancements, and delivery of CRM solutions. Since joining SEI in 2005, Dan has held various positions throughout SEI in product management, strategic planning, vendor management, sales support, business development, client service, and marketing. Dan has over 13 years of experience in the financial services and over 11 years working with CRM technology.
Dan is an avid conference attendee who speaks on a variety of topics relating to CRM best practices and capital markets and he is an active volunteer with the Dynamics CRM User Group (CRMUG). In 2015, Dan was awarded the “Capital Markets CRM Project of the Year” by Hitachi Solutions. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
