Microsoft Feedback Session
You Talk, Microsoft Listens, Everyone Wins! This session provides an overview of Marketing in Dynamics 365, including customer journey automation, lead management, content editors & analytics. We will also build an email campaignduring this session.
Note: The D365UG|CRMUG feedback sessions are your opportunity to provide feedback directly to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Product Team members (User Experience Research and Program Management) for an incredible opportunity to influence the future of your existing and future Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Due to the sensitive nature of this opportunity, you will be required to sign a standard Microsoft Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the beginning of each of these sessions. These sessions are limited to 25 people per session.
Principal Program Manager
Shailesh has been a Program Manager for marketing automation tools for a few years, interfacing with marketers to understand their scenarios to build product roadmap. He is extremely passionate about intuitive design experience for business users that you now see aross Dynamics 365 (customer journeys, business process). He has a long history with search advertising prior to drifting into digital marketing.
