The Solar Training Network is a new program funded by the Department of Energy’s SunShot Initiative that aims to build workforce development for the solar industry by building connections between job seekers, solar employers and training providers. The program recently launched a brand new online platform, www.SolarTrainingUSA.org, where companies can create profiles to promote their hiring opportunities and recruit highly-qualified workers – all for free! Learn what benefits the Solar Training Network offers and how you can get involved to grow your workforce and improve our industry’s capacity for job-creation.
