Top 5 Mistakes Inexperienced Energy Storage Integrators Make

Tuesday, September 12
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Location: Mandalay Bay Ballroom L

When energy storage projects are delayed or experience roadblocks, it is rarely a problem with battery chemistry. Instead, issues tend to arise with the PCS, communications, transformers, the medium voltage switchgear, or power system coordination and protection. These more mundane aspects of an energy storage project are often overlooked in favor of the graphical user interface and control algorithm discussion. This presentation will cover the pitfalls you need to avoid when putting together your next Solar + Storage or stand alone storage project.
