Individual differentiation can be a struggle in a classroom of 25 students who come from a variety of different intellectual abilities, socioeconomic levels, and life experiences. When teachers avail themselves of the wide array of technological applications available, they can expand not only students’ interests, but also their motivation to connect their learning to previously learned concepts. This presentation describes processes for using Google Docs, Schoolkit Math, Educreations, Desmos, YouTube, Connected Mathematics, and a variety of math applications that can enhance your students’ learning with or without the presence of the teacher.
