49 - Lunch & Learn: Examples of Project-Based Learning

Friday, Nov 10
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Problem- (or Project-) Based Learning is a fantastic way to engage Gifted and Talented students. However, finding the resources and designing authentic PBL projects can be a challenge. This presentation will showcase our “Lunch and Learn” program in which students have a unique opportunity to work in depth in the areas of communication, technology, and leadership while investigating and solving real world problems. We will offer a PBL planning structure and highlight several examples from our past projects.
